Low voltage halogen recessed spotlight is supplied with an Osram MR16 50W bulb and Tridonic.Acto Speedy electronic transformer.
The 70VA electronic 12v transformer can be used with either a resistive or inductive dimmer.
The transformer includes overheat protection, short circuit protection overload protection and is auto resetting. It includes a soft start function and a stabilised voltage output that will extend the life of your halogen bulb.
As you can see from the pictures below, the spotlight can recess completely or can be extended to provide very directional lights; it can also be swivelled.
