Fixed recessed cast alloy downlight with Osram MR16 50W lamp and Tridonic Speedy electronic transformer.

Recessed bulb reduces the glare from the halogen lamp and focusses the beam downwards.
Low voltage halogen downlight. The unit is supplied with an Osram MR16 50W lamp and TridonicAtco Speedy electronic transformer.
The 70VA electronic transformer can be used with either a resistive or inductive dimmer. The advanced transformer circuitry includes overheat protection, short circuit protection overload protection.
The electronic transformer is auto resetting. Normal operation is automatically restored once the overload / overheat / short circuit has been rectified. The transformer includes a soft start function and a stabilised voltage output that will extend the life of your lamp.
Filter circuits provide RFI protection and limit emissions.
The transformer includes wiring terminals so no junction box is required to wire this downlight.
