If you complete our online order process before 4.00pm, we will despatch your lights the same day. We use different couriers, depending on where you are, but we always use a next working day service. All couriers sometimes get it wrong. We try and avoid these delivery issues by monitoring their performance by postcode. If one particular courier has a poor track record in one particular postcode it means that they have a weak depot. Our dispatch software will then automatically route round the weak depots by using an alternative courier. This way we keep the late deliveries to a minimum.
We are however unable to guarantee next day delivery, as if the couriers makes an error it is out of our control. Remote, offshore & Northern Ireland deliveries can take up to four days to deliver.
