As per our terms and conditions, if you don’t like your new light you have 30 days to send it back.

There are a few rules though:
  1. The light must be returned in it original packaging in ‘as new’ condition.

  2. You must contact us first and get a returns number.  Our warehouse will not accept returns unless they have a returns number.  This is the only way we can keep track of who sent what back and organise the refund.

  3. You have to pay for the carriage and insurance.
To get a return s number, please email us (info@stopbox.co.uk), call us 020 7183 0000 or fill in the returns form in the customer centre.
 
If your light is faulty or if we have sent you the wrong light fitting, then please email or call us and we will arrange the collection of the item by our own courier.
